Would this Jane Mac Lennan have been the Mother of Alexander Fred Mac Lennan who came to Australia in the 1800's and married Sarah Jane Thorne? If so she would be my great grandmother.

Yes. This Jane MacLennan is the mother of Alexander McLennan who came to Australia & married Sarah Jane Thorne.

In 2023 descendants of Alexander and Sarah Ann (Thorne) MacLennan of Murchison, Victoria, Australia contributed to the restoration of the headstone.
