Alexander & Jamesina (Cameron) Macdonald.

In loving memory of/ALEXANDER MACDONALD/died 21st April 1970/aged 79 years/at 5 Newton Kinkell/also his wife/JAMESINA CAMERON/died 24th March 1978/aged 81 years.

Jamesina is my 2x great aunt.Her sister Annie was my great grandmother.Annie's daughter Margaret was my grandmother.

Jamesina was the youngest of 6 children. One of her sisters died age 18 in 1906. The same year, 6 months later, her grandfather James Macdonald died. Jamesina's grandmother Margaret Macdonald died in 1915 at Newton Ferintosh. Sadly Jamesina's mother died in 1908.

Jamesina was 12yrs old when her mother died.Her parents lost a baby girl in 1885. Jamesina's father died in 1923, he is buried in Old Urquhart graveyard with his wife & family. His brother Evan Cameron & his other brothers & sister are all buried in the old graveyard. Jamesina's neice Margaret Airlie is buried near Jamesina.Also her 2 cousins Alexander & Mary [Cameron ] are near her.

Answer to your question is no.But Jamesina's sister [Annie Airlie]is buried in Alness graveyard with her husband Daniel.Yes I have visited the grave, as A used to live in alness.Also annie, and Daniel were my 2 x g grand-parents.I do have written in formation about who's buried with who.

Jamesina brother Donald Macdonald Cameron is buried at Fodderty.Donald was the oldest of the children.Jamesina was the youngest out of 6.
