Daniel & Margaret (Brown) Hamilton.

In loving memory/of/Sir DANIEL MACKINNON HAMILTON of Balmacara/born 6th December 1860, died 6th December 1939.His work in India is commemorated in the Estate of Gosba/relaimed from waste land in the Delta of the Ganges./Now supports many thousands of independent cultivators.

"They shall build the old watse places:thou shalt raise up the foundations, and thou shalt be called/the repairer of the breach. The restorer of paths to dwell in." ISAIAH 58.12.

Also of MARGARET ELIZABETH BROWN, his wife, born 11th September 1866, died 13th May 1946.
