To the memory/of/JAMES MACKAY/who died on the 21st January/1857/aged 73 years/and his wife/MARY MACPHERSON/who died on the 14th December/1847/aged 69 years/also/in memory of their son/JAMES/who died at Brooklyn, New York/on the 15th Nov. 1861/aged 49 years/and their younger son DUNCAN/who died in Detroit June 1868/aged 53 years.
