Jessie (Angus) & John Ross, Donald & Catherine.
In loving memory of/my dear mother/JESSIE ANGUS/who died on 25th January 1929/and my dear father/JOHN ROSS/who died in Dec. 1936/also their son DONALD ROSS died 19th Nov. 1939/lastly their daughter CATHERINE (KATIE) ROSS/died 5th January 1962.

Jessie was a daughter of William Angus, abt 1818-1895, and Jessie Mundell 1821-1857 who died in childbirth. The grave at Ullapool Mill Street/Garve Street also commemorates Jessie's eldest and unmarried sister Jane (about 1845-1895), her brother William abt 1849-1929, and his wife Jessie Macleod.
Grave 13192 at Croik is of another child of the first William and Jessie Mundell, Margaret Angus 1846-1890 and her husband Alexander MacKay so is another sister of Jessie Ross nee Angus.
Two brothers of Jane, Jessie and Margaret emigrated to New Zealand. These were James Angus 1847-1927 and Robert Mundell Angus 1854-1934. They both married and had families and descendants have been compiling a family tree.
