But at the last/trumpet.....? shall be roused/...../shall be changed.

Also/sacred to the memory of/GEORGE GORDON MILNE MILLER/surgeon aged 29 years yougest son of the Rev./ROBERT MILNE MILLER, Aboyne/Kincurdy/who died at Tain and whose remains/ were interred beneath/this stone on the 31st May 1862/his death took place on 27th May 1862.
