William & Mary Ross, Jane Ross.

Erected/to the memory of/WILLIAM ROSS/ROSEMARKIE/who died------aged-----years/and of his wife/MARY ROSS/who died------aged------years/also to their beloved daughter/JANE DUNCAN ROSS/who died 18th February 1857/aged 3 years and 6 months.

Jane Duncan Ross was born Aug 6 1853 at Muirhead. She died at Hopefield. William Ross died September 2 1901, High Street, Rosemarkie, aged 82 years, a pauper, formerly farm servant. Mary Ross (née Ross) died December 8 1907, High Street, Rosemarkie, aged 94, a pauper. They had another daughter named Isabella Ross born August 19 1848 at Muirhead. Last known address was in 1881, Classcairn [Glascairn], Urquhart with her maternal uncle William Ross. I would love to know what happened to Isabella.
