**Sacred to the memory of ROBERT PATIENCE, some time wiver in Fortrose, who died Decr 1786, aged 63 years; and JEAN GAIR, his spouse, who died April 10th 1795, aged 67 years. Erected by JOHN PATIENCVE, their son, shoemaker in Fortrose to the memory of JANET LIETCH, his wife, who departed this life the 22nd day of July 1835, aged 55 years;also to the memory of the said JOHN PATIENCE, who departed this life the 6th day of February 1844, aged 84 years.**
