Minister of Gairloch/He was translated from Knock, Lewis/and inducted at Gairloch/on the 24th day of July 1844 where he continued till death/removed him/on the 12th day of December 1873/in the [8?]0 year of his age/and the 43rd of his ministry/a faithful pastor/much respected/by the Lord's people/in the surrounding parishes.
