**Erected by ALEXANDER FRASER, farmer in Flowerburn in memory of his parents WILLIAM FRASER, late farmer in Hillockhead, who died 25th May 1827, aged 63 years; and ISABELLA DAVIDSON, his spouse, who died on the 26 November 1825, aged 57; also the above ALEXANDER FRASER, who died 31st May 1881, aged 83 years; and his wife CHRISTINA FRASER, who died 19th Decr 1887, aged 82 years.**
