Sacred/to the memory of/HELEN FORBES/beloved deeply mourned/and much revered/wife of/D. F. MACKENZIE, F.S.I., F.B.S., E.d./Easter Mortonhall of Mid-Lothian/who died 2nd May 1906, aged 58/above their children/JANE and DUNCAN/who died in infancy/also the above/D.F.MACKENZIE/who died 22nd July 1910, aged 69 years/and their sons/ALEXANDER DUNCAN/who died at Brentwood, California/on 29th April 1929, aged 43/DONALD/who died 28th July 1959/aged 81 years.
