John & Fanny (Ross) Macdonald.

In loving memory of/JOHN MACDONALD/died at West Porin/Strathconon/17th Feb. 1954/aged 63 years/and his wife/FANNY ROSS/died suddenly/13th Sep. 1963/aged 72 years.

It appears from the stone that Fanny Ross died in 1963 not 1943 as you have in the text. I can also confirm that 1963 is correct as I am related to both Fanny and John through my father.
