Erected by the family/in/loving memory of their father/DONALD MATHESON/who died at Reraig 9th July 1891/aged 79 years/also of their mother/ANNIE FINLAYSON/who died there 1st March 1893/aged 71 years/MURDO son of above/died April 1920/JANE, his sister/died March 1937/his wife/CATHERINE MACLENNAN/died Feb. 1944/and son DONALD/fell in action Sep. 1915/their daughters/CATHERINE/died 10th Aug. 1956/JESSIE/died 8th July 1970.
