Dundonnell (Bord Buie) Burial Ground.


Beautiful wee burial ground on terrace above Dundonnell River. Access on foot off minor road connecting the main road A382 to Badrallach, Scoraig.



Sometimes referred to as Litle Strath burial ground.

Last year my friend and I walked to this burial ground as I knew that the sister of my great-grandmother was buried here. I found her headstone and managed to take a photo of it, plus photos of some others. My great-grandmother's sister was named Mary Mckenzie and she died in 1877. The family came from Rhireavach, Loch Broom.
