Erected/by/WILLIAM McDONALD/in memory of his dear mother/CATHERINE MACDONALD/who died in 1842 ged 54 years/and of his father/MURDO MACDONALD/who died in 1868 aged 95 years/whose remains are interred here/also their sons JOHN/who died on the 25th Dec. 1883/aged 67 years/and ALEXANDER/who died on the 6th Feb. 1894/aged 74 years/also DUNCAN who was drowned/in Loch Torridon.
