Leut. JOHN DOUGLAS ARMOUR/R.N./born Montreal Canada/18th September 1926/died in Scottish waters/8th July 1951.

Lt Armour's father donated his sword to HMCS STAR, a Naval Reserve Division in Hamilton Ontario, in 1955, where it remains in a wooden case on the Quarterdeck. Unfortunately, any records concerning Lt Armour have long since disappeared and any information would be greatly appreciated.
