Erected by his attached congregation/to the memory of/the Reverend ANGUS MACKINNON/born in the parish of Duirinish, Skye 1885/died at Kildary 22nd December 1957/minister of the Free Church congregation/of Aultbea and Poolewe from 1924-1955.

A man of tender feeling, deep christian/experience, and rich poetic gift. He was a/winsome preacher of the evagel, a devoted/pastor, and a loving husband and father.
