In/memory of/ALEXANDER MACDONALD for more than 30 years catechist/in Dingwall who died there on/6th August 1898, aged 77 years/also of his wife/ISOBEL SUTHERLAND/our beloved mother/who died at Dingwall 26th Sept. 1899/aged 76 years/and of their daughter/HARRIET ANN/who died 26th November 1940/aged 82 years.



'And I heard a voive from heaven saying/unto me, write, Blessed are the dead which/died inthe Lord from hence forth: Yea, saith the spirit that they may rest from their/labours and their works do follow them.'
