John & Donaldina (Ross) Macleod, npw Thomas Ross

In/loving memory/of/JOHN MACLEOD/hotelkeeper, Ardgay/who died 28th Jan. 1922/aged 72 years/also his wife/DONALDINA MILL ROSSwho died 17th Feby 1938/aged 81 years/also his nephew/THOMAS ROSS/who died 22nd May 1886/aged 7 years.

John Mcleod (b. 22.11.1849) was my First Cousin Three Times Removed. His parents were John Mcleod (b. 11.2.1817) and Margaret Sutherland. His brother, David Mcleod (b. 1820), was my Great Great grandfather. Very sad to see the young Thomas died only aged seven years. I would love to obtain a clearer picture of this memorial and should appreciate information as to how I can obtain one.

Each time I tried to improve the quality the light was against me, Denise. Would need to be there in afternoon to get light from west. Next time I'm up that way I'll try to catch it in better light.....won't be till next year.
