Alice & Colin Munro, d. C.I. Munro.
Erected/by/his widow/in memory of/COLIN MUNRO/who after having filled various/offices during the days of his strength/retired wholly from business/towards the close of his life/spent his last year/in the study of the word of God/and died in peace/22nd Jan. 1872/in the 75th year of his age.
"If we be dead with Christ, we believe/that we shall also live with him."/ROM. VI. 8.

Beside this/lie the remains/of/Mrs ALICE MUNRO/wife and widow of/Mr COLIN MUNRO/who died July 5th 1877/to an appearance and manner/well fitted to attract, she/added a propriety of conduct/which won the respect of all/who knew her, and to tender and/dutiful affection as a wife, daughter/as a sister, habitual attention/to religious duties.
For if we believe that Jesus/died and rose again, even son them/also which sleep in Jesus will God/buy with him. 1 Thess. IV. 14.
