Please note that the date on your transcription is wrong. This is my uncle, whom I visited in Edinburgh in 1977. He died in 1978 as tombstone says, not 1976. Also, do you know what is on the top of the stone? Should be a reference to my Aunt Kitty (Catherine Fraser Black) who was the one from Lochcarron. I think remember Uncle Dave saying he was from the Black Isle. Thanks for this site. I found my grandmother's tombstone (Kate Macdonald Fraser)
