In/memory of/JOHN ALEXANDER REID/born 1st December 1819, died 18th February 1863/and of JESSIE SCOTT, his wife/born 29th July 1824, died 16th June 1895/faithful and kind they lived and died at Newkelso/and they lie at rest in Glenelg.
