In memory of/JESSIE THOMSON/beloved wife of/HUGH MacLENNAN/farmer Springfield/who died there 19th December 1921/aged 72 years/the said HUGH MacLENNAN/born at Boginturie/in the parish of Kiltearn/on the 20th April 1844/who died 2nd December 1925/also their daughter JESSIE/who died 30th September 1942/aged 54 years/also in memory/of/DONALD, their son/who joined the Australian Forces in 1914/fell in action in Gallipoli 1915/aged 36 years/and of ANNIE JACK, beloved wife of WILLIAM H. MacLENNAN/farmer Springfield/died 7th Feb. 1925 aged 39 years/also the said/WILLIAM HUGH MacLENNAN/who died 21st November1967/aged 74 years.
