[RHS]In loving memory/of/MARGARET E. BETHUNE/dearly beloved wife of/HECTOR JACK, jnr/farmer/died at Ballacladdich/17th April 1916/also/their infant daughter/died 9th April 1916/also their son/HENRY JOHN JACK/died 4th Dec. 1968.


[LHS]Also/in loving memory of/my dear husband/and our/beloved father/HECTOR JACK/Shoretown/died 6th September 1951/also his wife/and my dear mother/CATHERINE S. MACDONALD/died 4th Feb. 1969.

Hector Jack died, not born, 10th Nov 1915. Margaret Bethune was my grandfather's eldest sister.
