This stone/is/erected/in 1854 by/JOHN MACVINISH/seaman in memory/of his departed/mother who/died in 185[..?] aged 42/also his sister/HENRIETTA who/died in 1845/aged 29 years/also his father/COLIN MACVINISH/gardener, Dingwall/who died the 3rd/February 1855/aged 75 years.
