Erected by the/surviving members of the family/in loving remembrance/of/JOHN MUNRO/weaver, Invergordon/who died there Feb. 25 1859/BARBARA GRANT/relict of said JOHN MUNRO/who died at Dingwall March 27 1879/and their children/GEORGE (aged 7)/JOHN (aged 1½)/and two infant daughters/all of whom are interred here/GEORGE/chief engineer Meiji Maru/born Feb 9 1845, died May 4 1875 interred/in Happy Valley Cemetery, Hong Kong.
