In memory of/JOHN MOFFAT/late Tacksman of Corriemoullie/and/JANET NICHOL/his wife/ho died 6th and 4th May 1878/aech aged 78 years./"In death not divided."/also their son/WILLIAM/Procurator-fiscal of Ross-shire/who died 5th March 1872/aged 42 years/and their son-in-law/ALEXANDER FRASER/draper, Dingwall/who died 24 March 1876/aged 51 years.

John Moffat tacksman just noticed in accompanying text procurator fiscal died 5th March 1972 - 1872 in your list & on tomb. Correct.
easily done, I do it all the time
