In loving memory/of/Pilot Officer JOHN MACGILLIVRAY R.A.F. V.R./killed in action on the night of 16th Jan. 1942, aged 25 years.

One of the many to whom we owe so much.

Also HAMISH, his brother/who died 22nd May 1949, aged 19 years/their father/Captain JOHN MACGILLIVRAY O.B.E., Lovat Scouts 1914-18/who died 24th August 1957 aged 77 years/his wife, their mother/MARY JANE CARRICK/who died 25th September 1973, aged 96 years/["recent"].
